Center James Augustine left our team after the club used an option on his contract.
The American big man moved to CSKA from Khimki last summer and signed 2-year contract with club’s option after first year. James played reserve center and took part in 65 games. He averaged 6.4 points on 68% of two-pointers and led the team with 4.5 rebounds.

We sincerely thank James for his contribution into team’s success last season. He distinctly played his role, displayed his strengths, took big load off Kyle’s shoulders, he has become an important rotation player, being a great person and true friend. I am sure that Augustine will continue playing on the highest level. I wish him good luck in his pro career and everyday life.
