Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia strengthened its team by signing swingman Ronell Taylor to a two-month deal with an option to extend it for the remainder of the season, the club announced over the weekend. Taylor (1.98 meters, 32 years old) arrives from Umana Reyer Venezia, where he averaged 14.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 27 Italian League games last season. He already played for Reggio Emilia from 2011 to 2013; Taylor led the Italian League in scoring (18.6 ppg.) in the 2012-13 season.
Taylor has also played for Washington of the NBA, Telenet Ostend of Belgium, ESTIA Egaleo of Greece, Erie Bay and Idaho of the D-League, Trotamundos de Carabobo in Venezuela and Monferrato of Italy. His twin brother Ronell also played in the Eurocup, with Belfius Mons-Hainaut in the 2011-12 season.

"I am excited to return to Reggio Emilia and help the team. I will focus on creating for others or finishing depending on the situation," Taylor said in his official presentation. "I will always be thankful to this club, one of the first to give me the opportunity to show my talent. Even if the club does not keep me after these two months, I will always be grateful to it for this great new opportunity."
