PRE-GAME QUOTES

Rimas Kurtinaitis, BC Khimki head coach:

"We have problems with the roster right now. We called for a tryout with Russian center Anatoly Kashirov and we will see his abilities. Nevertheless, we are going to Serbia for a win because we must take the chance that we couldn’t take last week in Moscow against FC Bayern Munich. We know how difficult it is to play against Crvena Zvezda at Pionir Hall because they have a full crowd that really downs and suppresses you. Our opponent strengthened its roster with Marcus Williams and they got confidence. My job is to inspire the players for this win and arise the killer instinct in them. As usual, we are confident and have determination to win. We have to be one team on the court and we’ll fight till the end".

Zoran Dragic, BC Khimki guard:

"We know that it’s gonna be a very tough game. Crvena Zvezda has very strong fans in Belgrade but we have to be focused for this game and need to win it. After first game in Moscow, they got more confidence and the players are more relaxed. They play different basketball as it was before and I think it will be totally different game now especially because we play in Serbia. However, I hope we’ll win the game".
