Valencia: Vives, out against Khimki 6  march  2017

7DAYS EuroCup
Valencia Basket playmaker Guillem Vives is set to miss his team's do-or-die 7DAYS EuroCup playoffs game against Khimki Moscow Region due to a sprained ankle.
Vives was injured early in a Spanish League game against Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz and could not return to the floor. Valencia head coach Pedro Martinez was quoted as saying it is "impossible" for Vives to help his team on Wednesday. Valencia and Khimki have traded home wins in their best-of-three quarterfinals playoffs series. Valencia already lost center Slava Kravtsov in Game 1 of the series due to a broken toe. Combo guard Antoine Diot has also missed his team's last two EuroCup games due to a leg problem and is questionable for Game 3. Vives has averaged 3.8 points on 85% free throw shooting and 2.9 assists in 16 EuroCup games this season.
