Real Madrid basketball team's latest signing, Fabien Causeur, spoke to Realmadrid TV and Realmadrid.com in his first interview at the club, in which he expressed the great excitment that he has in coming to the club: "I'm really happy and am very excited to be signing this contract. It's always been a dream of mine to play for this club and in this city".

What most attracted you to Real Madrid?
The club itself. The history of the club and all of the titles that the club has won, both in terms of football and bsketball. I'm really excited. I'm very happy and really excited to sign this contract.It's always been a dream of mine to play for this club and in this city.

How would you define what you can offer the team?
A lot of energy, it's one of my strengths. I like to defende a lot and help the team however I can. I'm here to help the team to win titles.

What is it that you most like about Pablo Laso's Real Madrid side?
The team plays with real intensity, which I liek. They play on the counter and enjoy a lot of possession in every game.

What do you expect the fans to be like?
I can't wait to meet the people from the club and the fans, I already know that they get behind the team at key times.

You're becoming Llull's teammate, what do you admire about him?
His energy, he never tires. He's one of the players in Europe who I've never seen tire. One of my strengths is tiring out the opposition and it's very tough to do that to him.

A message for the fans?
I'm really happy to be at the club. I'm raring to go and let's hope we can win many games and lots of titles.
