Hunter (2.03 meters, 31 years old) arrives from Real Madrid, where he averaged 7.6 points and 4.5 rebounds in 35 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games off the bench last season, while ranking sixth overall in two-point shooting percentage (65.5%). He helped Madrid win the Spanish Copa del Rey title and reach the EuroLeague Final Four. Hunter had joined Madrid from Olympiacos Piraeus, with which he reached the EuroLeague championship game in 2015 and won Greek League titles in 2015 and 2016. "It is obvious that last three years Hunter is playing on highest level, he was a part of Olympiacos and Real Madrid teams that were in chase for Final Four spot and played there, he was an important piece of the puzzle", CSKA head coach Dimitris Itoudis said.
