Partizan invests in future with former ANGT MVP Aranitovic 9  august  2017

7Days EuroCup
Serbian powerhouse Partizan NIS Belgrade added a promising young talent to help its return to European prominence, signing a three-year deal with Aleksandar Aranitovic, club announced on Wednesday.
Aranitovic (1.96 meters, 19 years old) arrives from the arch-rival Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade, where he grew up and made his professional debut, but was missing in action since February 2016 due to knee injury sustained while playing on-loan at Mega Leks Belgrade. That season as a 17-year old he posted 5.6 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists in the Adriatic League action. Just weeks before the injury, Aranitovic was the tournament MVP while leading U18 Mega Bemax to the title at the 2015-16 Euroleague Basketball ADIDAS NEXT GENERATION TOURNAMENT Qualifying Tournament – Torneo Citta di Roma. He played in a pair of ANGT – Finals title games, including winning the crown with U18 Crvena Zvezda in Milan in 2014. Aranitovic also helped Serbia win silver medal at the U16 European Championships in 2013, as well as the bronze medal at the U17 World Championships in 2014. Aranitovic is now set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut.
